SOSOLISO AIRLINES wishes to thank all our loyal customers and in so doing has put together this loyalty package to ease some of the problems you face at your destinations and reward your patronage.

SOSOLISO AIRLINES SMART FLYER CLUB
The SOSOLISO SMART FLYER CLUB is a must for regular flyers who believe in loyalty. Sosoliso airlines introduces you to her "Smartflyer" card, which serves as a passport to the attractive discounts and benefits we offer and as a form of identification for our Smartflyer club members. Our reward programme shall be to the benefit of club members who shall be known as Smartflyers.

Membership of the club is open to all flyers and qualifies you for various discounts in all our partner organizations. To become a Smartflyer all you need to do is pick up a form from any of our stations, or sales outlets, fill it in and detach the temporary card and you become a temporary member. Use 10 tickets or earn 10,000 miles within six months to become a Full Card Holder. Note that 1 ticket equal 1,000 miles.

Miles will be earned only by those whose names appear on the tickets. Smartflyer card holders are advised to show their cards to our airport staff while checking in to ensure that their miles are recorded.

Once you redeem an award you automatically start from zero miles. The more miles you accumulate the more the benefits. Members will in addition receive periodic special offers.

All awarded tickets will be valid or 6 months from the date of issue. They have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered or bartered.

All transactions are subject to review. SOSOLISO AIRLINES will cancel your awards if misuse or violation of the rules is detected.

The Following Are Ineligible For Flight Credits

A.	Charter flights
B.	Non-revenue (free) and service charge tickets, unless specifically designated eligible.
C.	Trade-out tickets, discounted or rebate tickets, complimentary tickets
D.	SOSOLISO awarded tickets
E.	Barter tickets.

SOSOLISO AIRLINES reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this programme at any time.

NATURAL DISASTER CAUSE OF SOSOLISO CRASH
A preliminary report from the Accident Investigation Bureau on the ill-fated Sosoliso aircraft which caught fire in December 10, 2005, has indicated that inclement weather was the cause of the accident.
