Traveling with children
Children under the age of 14 years cannot travel without an adult aged 16 or over, who will take responsibility for the child. Unaccompanied children under 14 years of age will not be permitted to board the aircraft.

Refunds, flight transfers, and name changes
Refunds are available under a limited number of circumstances.

Refund policy and procedure
However, 100% refund would be made when your flight is missed and the head office is informed immediately, while 50% refund is made when the passenger has collected a boarding pass already and 25% when the boarding pass is not collected and no seat number issued.

Passengers must call Sosoliso Airlines head office on (01- 4961960, 4971491-2, 2703893) at least two hours prior to the flights scheduled departure time to make the necessary changes or go to the airport sales desk at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers can transfer flights, change flight times and date. No refunds are given on route or reservation changes.

Tickets
The evidence of the contract of carriage is the ticket. These conditions of carriage and our carrier's regulations constitute the terms and conditions of the contract of carriage between you and us. Ticket is only valid for the passenger named and the flight specified being the person and flight for which reservation was originally made or as subsequently changed and accepted by us.

Baggage
Only the bearer of the baggage identification tag delivered to the passenger at the time the baggage was checked, is entitled to delivery of baggage.
Each passenger is usually permitted to transport, free of charge one standard piece of unchecked baggage in the cabin as hand baggage, which you carry on to the aircraft must fit under the seat in front of you or in an enclosed storage compartment in the cabin. Items determined by us to be of excessive weight or size will not be permitted in the cabin.

Human Remains
The carriage of human remains is accepted on any route with the following requirements:
• A photocopy of death certificate.
• A photocopy of embalmment certificate.
• Cost of human remains (N12,000.00)
• F.A.A.N Dues (N5,000.00)
• HANDLING CHARGE (N2,000.00)
It will be required that somebody accompanies the remains on the flight.

Disclosure to third party
Sosoliso airline does not sell or rent your personal information to others. We never disclose information about a passenger to any other person or organization without your consent. Sosoliso airlines reserves the right to pass your information on to trustworthy third parties that we use for the provision of certain services, for instance allowing Sosoliso airlines customers to book hotels easily by transferring details to our partner hotels.

Cancellation of Flights
Where a cancellation or significant alteration is made to our schedule before the date of departure, we will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any such cancellation or alteration.
